Please read the following information before placing your order!
What better sweet treat to serve Halloween party guests than these hand decorated sugar cookies! This set includes jack-o-lanterns, candy corns, trick-or-treater ghosts, and spider webs. The minimum order is 1/2 dozen ($20) and your order can be increased from there by the 1/2 dozen. Because it is a special, we are not able to customize this set.
Here’s how the ordering process works:
- You fill out the order form,quantity and date needed for pickup or shipment..
- Southern Sugar Bakery will email back within 1-3 business days, confirming whether or not we have the date available, and to discuss and finalize the design request.
- Once the order has been agreed upon between you and Southern Sugar Bakery, a PayPal invoice will be emailed to you.
- • Invoice must be paid before Southern Sugar Bakery begins creating your cookie order.
Please take note:
- All orders are final as this is an edible product.
- We can only give a 50% refund for any order that is cancelled 1 week or more in advance. We will not be able to give any refunds on orders cancelled in less than a week from the pick-up or ship date.
- We ship using USPS Priority Mail. Packages typically arrive 2-4 days from shipped date, therefore it is very important that you indicate the date you would like the cookies to be shipped.
- Once the cookies leave Southern Sugar Bakery, we cannot be held responsible for broken cookies, lost packages, or undeliverable packages due to wrong addresses given to us. Shipped packages are insured through USPS for $50.00, but customer can increase coverage amount for an additional fee.
- Once your order has been paid for, we will not be able to make any changes.
Orders must be placed at least one week in advance. Orders placed less than one week in advance will be subject to a rush fee of 25% of your total order IF we are able to accommodate them. So ORDER EARLY!
